"The best of the second tier is our ultimate goal", said founder Mr. Thitiwat. PAP's service focuses on providing customers with the utmost satisfaction by producing workpieces that meet their specific needs without limitation.
Precision workpieces using a 35T-315T press machine for both single and progressive die applications.
Precision workpieces using a 2.5 and 5 axis CNC lathe, a Swiss-type CNC machine, and a machining center.
The 1500W fiber laser machine and press brake machine are excellent options for low tooling investment.
Our experience includes part assembly using rubber or rivets.
Robots are used for welding with CO2 and Argon. We have experience in spot and projection welding.
Our core strength is delivering prototype workpieces in the shortest lead time. We manufacture die tooling jigs and fixtures in-house.
We offer products and services backed by our expertise in metal processing, including high-precision part inspection services.
CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and exceptionally high-resolution 3D measurements provide accurate, reliable, and repeatable results, irrespective of the measurement setup quality.
Over 80 press machines produce raw materials, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. We offer production using both single dies and progressive dies. Our smallest machine has a capacity of 35 tons, while the largest machine can handle up to 315 tons.
Over 40 CNC machines are employed to manufacture raw materials, including steel, stainless steel, brass, and aluminum. We provide production capabilities with both CNC lathes and CNC Swiss-type lathes. Our CNC machine centers feature BT30, BT40, and BT50 tooling options. For final cleaning, we utilize an ultrasonic cleaning machine.
The 1500W fiber laser is optimized for cutting steel up to 12 mm. thick, aluminum up to 4 mm. thick, and stainless steel up to 6 mm.thick. The 160T press brake has the capacity to bend materials with a maximum thickness of 10 mm. Both machines offer low tooling investment and reduced lead times for development.
We offer arc welding services for both individual components and assembly parts, including frame (chassis) assemblies, guaranteeing reliable weld quality. A weld cut check is implemented to ensure precision.
Our spot welding gun has a maximum capacity of 200 KVA and can weld all types of steel, including galvanized steel. A weld tester is used to ensure the job setup is correct before production begins, and weld quality tests are also conducted.
Do you need help with your product? We can assemble body-in-white components to help you achieve your goals, as well as manufacture other sheet metal products to support your growth. Our production line, which spans 70 meters in length, is capable of producing low-volume vehicles.
Bar material is suitable for preparation for CNC lathes and machining centers. Sheet material can be processed using stamping techniques with a shearing machine. Our experience with aluminum clad (brazing sheet) is proven and reliable.
Did you find a large table for the big part? We have a double-column machine with a maximum table size of 2000x3000 mm. and a maximum load capacity of 15 tons.
Looking for a prototype-making partner? We are equipped to help you create prototype parts and vehicles of any kind. Our all-in-one production facility can bring your ideas to life without the need to go elsewhere.
